The count down is officially on. We leave for New York City in 12 days.
So much packing to do.
With all of the wedding festivities over, I am ready to get back in the swing of my workout and eating routine. My body is aching for a really good workout and a normal paleo eating schedule. It's been since last Friday that I worked out at CrossFit Fort Wayne. I'm excited to get back in the gym tomorrow. But I'm a little sad about that next week is my last week there. I started with CrossFit Fort Wayne at the end of December and it has literally changed my life. It has changed the way I work out, the way I look at a workout, and maybe most importantly, opened my eyes to a new way of eating.
Nick and I are looking forward to working out together in New York. There will be so much to explore and check out. While we hunt for a gym to belong to, we'll likely design our own workouts in the apartment and go out for some runs in the parks around our apartment. Lots to look forward to.
My hopes for this little blog is to keep in touch with friends, family, and former co-workers back at IPFW, as well as to explore health & fitness in a new way as we explore New York City.
